As an adult child of immigrant parents, who risked their lives abandoning their native communist countries in pursuit of Freedom... Sorinne believes it is vital to allow people from other nations to legally immigrate to the United States, to work (with integrity) on pursuing their dreams and to experience liberties that some other countries deny their citizens, as long as they are not harming others. 

Diversity and acceptance is what has made our country so great and advanced compared to other nations. Diversity naturally encourages progress, collaboration, and innovation. 

If someone wishes to immigrate to our country and is willing to follow our laws and be a positively contributing member of our society, there should be a legal and reasonable path for them to do so.
