The government should not behave like a financial institution for businesses or individuals. It should not offer subsidies to unsustainable business models, as this creates interference in the free market which is based on actual supply and demand.

Sorinne believes that government should maintain a balanced budget, run lean, and not spend more than it takes in. The government should focus on eliminating its debt efficiently so that future generations are not penalized for indiscretions of our generation.

There should be a healthy balance between imports and exports. The United States of America should not be dependent on any other country in case of a crisis. We must be prepared to support ourselves, as we are very able to do so. Ideally, we are exporting more than we are importing, so that we are self-sustainable and employment rates are high.
